Processing Fee

EZ WorldShip charges a set fee for each shipment as a receiving and processing fee regardless of how many packages were in that shipment.

Consolidation

Consolidation is a process where we take multiple packages and combine them into one box. Combining packages economizes space and weight, which can save our customers up to 85% on shipping costs

Additional Photos

We’ll take photos of every package received at our facility which will show the package shipping label with merchant or sender name on it - we want you to be able to see exactly what was delivered.

Shipping Insurance

Purchasing insurance is usually a good idea. We offer Shipping Insurance to insure the value of your package in case of damage or theft in-transit up to the value stated on your customs declaration. Insurance starts at $11 for every $300 worth of goods value.

Oversize/Overweight Packages

Any item received length , width or height greater than 47” will have oversize fees of $85 with DHL other couriers $25. Overweight packages will have a surcharge fee of $15 USD for packages of 35 lbs and $25 for 70 lbs or more. Please contact customer service for exact fee and carrier availability for any package 70lbs or over.

Hazardous Material

All Lithium batteries, Battery packs and Lithium batteries (packaged with product) are classified as a Hazardous Material and will have an additional "Lithium Battery Shipping Fee" which could total up to an additional $15.00 for the (UN 3481/3091) and $185.00 for the (UN 3480/3090) to the shipping charges that are calculated at checkout.

Note : Lithium Battery total watt hour has to be less than 100 watt hour per box to ship it as (UN 3481/3091) or else (UN 3480/3090) fees will apply.

Package Storage

We will store the package in our warehouse free of charge.
