EZ WorldShip offers package forwarding services for single or Consolidated shipment from the U.S.A to Numerous countries throughout the world. Upon signing up for an account with us, you will receive a U.S.A address and suite number where you will receive your package(s). As and when EZ WorldShip receives a package addressed to you, we will immediately notify you and post the package on your EZ WorldShip account landing page. After using the services available with your new account, select your shipping, we will send the package on to your given address in your selected country per your instructions. Your shipment will be dispatched to you in the very same package that we receive. We can also, upon your request, consolidate multiple packages into a new box, this should allow save substantially on your international shipping costs.
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as “you” or “Customer”) and EZ WorldShip. This Agreement lays out the authorization governance of your use of the EZ WorldShip website, referred to in this Agreement as “ezworldship.com” or the “Site,” and EZ WorldShip services. As a condition of your use of this Site and Services, you represent and warrant to EZ WorldShip that you will not use this Site or the Services for any purpose that is deemed unlawful, unwarranted, immoral or prohibited by any of the afore-mentioned terms, conditions and notices. All services rendered by EZ WorldShip are described in ezworldship.com and are on the whole referred to in this Agreement as “Services.”
This Agreement is additional (or supplemental) to the terms and conditions of the Services described in the Site. By accessing the Site or opening a new account with ezworldship.com , you agree to be bound by, and thereby, become a party to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions in this Agreement, you may not be eligible to utilize ezworldship.com or its Services.
As and when needed or required by law, we reserve the right to amend, modify, or change the terms of this Agreement by making those changes directly to the Agreement on this Site. Upon receipt of notice as described above, EZ WorldShip will confirm the existence of the federal registration of the trademark in question and will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, including removal of the trademark from ezworldship.com. If the content has been provided to us by a third party and we deem it identical to a registeredtrademark, EZ WorldShip will send notice to the third party immediately. Should the third party demonstrate its own registered trademark covering the material, the content will not be removed.
EZ WorldShip will comply as appropriate with the terms of any court order relating to the behavior of the challenged party identified in such court order.

Customers must deposit funds into their account for postage, membership fees, duties and taxes when applicable and package processing fees. The cardholder information submitted during deposit needs to match the information on the EZ WorldShip account. ezworldship.com reserves the right to put accounts on security hold due to any discrepancy in any account.
Payments for deposit or postage not applied to a mail out request is refundable. We charge a $4 administrative fee per each individual payment/order refunded. EZ WorldShip will charge a fee for every charge-back/payment reversal on customer account.Charge back/reversal fee for PayPal payments is $25 and charge back/reversal fee on credit card payments is $40. EZ WorldShip also charges 5% of the refund amount in addition to the administrative fee on all refunds.
Accounts with inactivity of greater than 1 year will be deemed dormant or abandoned.Account balances for dormant or abandoned accounts will be forfeited and your account closed. You may have your account balance refunded at any time prior to 1 year of inactivity. Customer is responsible for reviewing all charges from EZ WorldShip. Any suspected discrepancies in billing must be reported to EZ WorldShip within 30 days of the billing date. After 30 days, no charges are refundable.
Before you use the Services, you must open a EZ WorldShip Account by completing the EZ WorldShip Account Set Up form with true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself (the “Registration Information”). You agree to maintain and update the Registration Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if EZ WorldShip has reasonable grounds to suspect that information you have provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, EZ WorldShip has the right to suspend or terminate your access and refuse you any and all use of the Site and the Services.
EZ WorldShip Customers must export products from the United States in accordance with all applicable United States export control laws and regulations including regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol , U.S. Department of Treasury , U.S. Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security. As a customer of EZ WorldShip you agree not to export, re-export, or transship these commodities to any country that the United States has imposed an embargo or trade sanction upon, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran,Iraq, North Korea, Somalia and Sudan or any destination for which United States requires an export license without first obtaining such license(s). Diversion of these commodities’ contrary to the United States law is prohibited. Any and all export license requirements are the sole responsibility of the individual and/or entity in contractual agreement with EZ WorldShip. Certain items may require special permissions or documentation or may be prohibited by your destination address or country. It is your responsibility to know these restrictions. In an effort to uphold our customs compliance standards, EZ WorldShip’s prohibited and restricted items list may be more expansive than individual country or carrier laws.

EZ WorldShip cooperates with law enforcement agencies to ensure that prohibited items are not shipped via EZ WorldShip which will includes the routine inspection by law enforcement agencies of EZ WorldShip’s facilities and its Customers’ packages. By entering into this agreement, you accept and agree to routine inspections of your packages by law enforcement agencies. If your package is found to contain prohibited items, you agree that the contents of your package may be seized and confiscated bylaw enforcement or EZ WorldShip. If prohibited items are found in your packages as determined by law enforcement or EZ WorldShip, your account will be placed on hold,and any additional packages within your suite may also be inspected and confiscated.
Every single package sent to EZ WorldShip must be addressed correctly. Your correct name and EZ WorldShip mailbox/suite number must be written on each package. If a package arrives with an incorrect or incomplete address we will try to determine whom it belongs to. If we are able to determine the owner of the package, it will be entered into the correct mailbox and we will charge an $4 address correction fee.If the owner cannot be determined and a claim with tracking information is not provided within 30 days of the package’s arrival, the package will be disposed of at the sole discretion of EZ WorldShip.
We can only store package for 30 days free of charge. If a package needs to be stored longer than the allotted time, you may purchase up to 30 extra days of storage for $10 each package. If you do not purchase the extra days when your package storage time expires, the package will be consider abandoned and will be disposed immediately.
If a package is consolidated/combined with another package(s), the storage time limit will be based on the date of the first/oldest package arrival. Adding a package to a consolidated/combined package will not reset the storage time.
If we receive a package but do not receive the required fees and documents from you within 30 days, we will deem the package to be abandoned. EZ WorldShip will dispose of abandoned packages.
Packages can be returned to vendors after they are processed into your account via a special request which has a nominal fee. We are not able to refuse receipt of packages from any carriers.
Any package over the size / weight limits set forth in the EZ WorldShip calculator and the specified carrier. Oversized packages are required to be divided, reduced,disposed of or returned to the sender if such packages are beyond the limits of the EZ WorldShip calculator and the specified carrier.
Upon customer request, EZ WorldShip will open and photograph the contents of a package, allowing you to confirm the merchandise is correct and in good condition before requesting mail out.
EZ WorldShip is not responsible for items missing from a consolidated package without proof that the missing item was received by us. Accordingly, we strongly urge you to submit a special request for EZ WorldShip to check and photograph the contents of each package upon arrival and again during consolidation to allow you to confirm that all expected items are accounted for. All photo requests need to be requested prior to consolidation. Consolidation of packages will not reset the storage time. Storage will be based on the first/oldest package to arrive at EZ WorldShip in the consolidation. Unless you request otherwise, we will remove all catalogs during consolidation. Catalogs add to shipping costs, and most customers want them removed.
The customer is responsible for determining and following the regulations for their shipments, including all customs requirements of the destination country. EZ WorldShip does not guarantee delivery of packages that do not comply with U.S. export regulations or the import regulations of the country to which they are sent.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all customs declarations and documentation and for all customs duties in the destination country. Any such duties or charges are in addition to the fees earned by EZ WorldShip for its package/mail forwarding service.
You acknowledge that you have a duty to and are solely liable for providing all information required by the laws of the country that is the final destination of your package and the laws and regulations of the United States, including without limitation,information required by 15 CFR Sec. 30 and that you are responsible for maintaining all records as required under any applicable customs or other government agency laws.EZ WorldShip assumes no responsibility to act as a record-keeper or record-keeping agent for you or the US Principle Party in Interest (USPPI).
EZ WorldShip ships only by the shipping methods offered in the shipping calculator shown on ezworldship.com. EZ WorldShip is not responsible for the actual shipping service that is chosen by you. All terms and conditions of the selected shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) apply to you. You are responsible for assuring that the shipping of your package is not restricted by its contents, size or volume.
EZ WorldShip does not accept prepaid labels for shipping, with the exception of returns to the original shipper or merchant nor we ship packages to other package forwarders.
You authorize EZ WorldShip to open packages if there is a suspicion about content of the package (illegal goods) or any practical reason.
Any problems associated with a received package must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
EZ WorldShip’s total responsibility to Customer for shipped packages shall not exceed the amount of handling fees (excluding actual shipping fees).
Customer shall indemnify and hold EZ WorldShip harmless from any and all claims,including legal fees incurred in defending against said claims, from third parties arising out of the transmission of the package/mail sent by customer through EZ WorldShip.
EZ WorldShip shall not be responsible for any damage from an error or omission caused by you providing false or incorrect information or for failing to provide all necessary information.
You are responsible for confirming that the package that the contents of the package that arrived in our warehouse is what you ordered from the merchant. EZ WorldShip provides photos of outside of each incoming package so you can ascertain if the correct package is received and whether or not the address and tracking number are accurate.EZ WorldShip will close accounts of customers who fill out customs forms and ask us to mail out packages that were checked into their suite in error and belong to a different customer. In the event of a shipping error, you agree to immediately notify EZ WorldShip so that the error can be corrected.
In the case of a lost or damaged package please access your account to file a claim.False claims will be charged minimum $10 plus EZ WorldShip’s investigation expenses. All claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported to EZ WorldShip within 10 days otherwise they will be automatically denied. Packages are insured by combination of carrier shipping insurance and EZ WorldShip’s private insurance.A maximum of 3 claims per 24 month period are allowed. Insurance for packages lost in the warehouse or lost during shipping will be valued based on the completed customs declaration. You may be asked to submit additional information detailing item contents and/or value of the merchandise during the claims process.
Sometimes EZ WorldShip needs more time to locate your package in our warehouse. EZ WorldShip cannot offer any additional compensation for the delay in locating and process of your package. . If we send a package to an address not listed on your account, we will do everything we can to get the package to the correct address. We will cover the cost of shipping and handling, but we will not compensate for delays or inconvenience. If we cannot get package to the correct person we will compensate for the content, our fees and postage.
You agree that EZ WorldShip, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to any of the Services, and/or remove, discard or modify any content within the Services,for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if EZ WorldShip believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement and termination may be affected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that EZ WorldShip may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Services. Further, you agree that EZ WorldShip shall not be liable to you or any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the Services, or collection of information notwithstanding in the case of your violation of this Agreement,even if advised of a claim for damages. If EZ WorldShip terminates your license to access the Services, your obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, your obligation to indemnify and hold EZ WorldShip harmless and your agreement that any claims you have against EZ WorldShip will be barred after one year from the date they accrue, will survive such termination. You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We can cancel your account or otherwise refuse service to you at any time for any reason (including repeat infringement).
You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless EZ WorldShip, its agents, officers,partners and employees from any and all damages or claims. This includes reasonable attorney’s fees, made by third parties due to or arising out of 1) content you choose to submit, post or transmit through ezworldship.com ; 2) your violation of the ezworldship.com Agreement; your use of or connection to ezworldship.com ; 3)in connection with your use of ezworldship.com ; or 4) your violation of any other law or policy.
In the event of a dispute with an ezworldship.com user, you, on behalf of yourself and your business (and any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, predecessors,successors and assigns), hereby irrevocably release and discharge EZ WorldShip, our officers, directors, employees, attorneys, predecessors, successors, assigns and agents from, against all past, present and future claims, rights, actions, causes of action, suits,indemnification obligations, losses, liabilities, matters, issues, cost and expenses, of any kind or nature whatsoever. This is inclusive of court costs and attorneys’ fees, known or unknown, in law or equity that may arise out of such disputes.
EZ WorldShip and its suppliers shall not be liable for any lost profits or any damages in connection with the use of the service. EZ WorldShip shall in no way be liable to any user for an amount over $100.00. No attorneys’ fees or costs will be covered by EZ WorldShip.
Certain state laws do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
Prior to taking any legal action against us that relates to or arises out of any of our websites , user agrees to (a) sending us, via registered mail, a detailed written description of the facts and law out of which your claim arises; and (b) negotiating with us, in good faith, for not less 30 days, toward resolution of the dispute. All correspondence concerning such dispute must be sent to dispute at ezworldship.com, or such other designee as EZ WorldShip may identify from time to time. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois as such laws apply to Agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within ILLINOIS between ILLINOIS residents and without regard to conflict of laws. All actions arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought in court of law located in COOK COUNTY,Illinois. All parties that consent to these terms also consent to personal jurisdiction of all claim arising out of these terms in COOK County, State of IL.
This Agreement, and our Privacy Policy (which is incorporated herein by reference)constitutes the entire Agreement between the user and EZ WorldShip.
ezworldship.com and its services are provided “as is.” There is no express or implied warranty. We specifically disclaim any warranties of merchantability, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement. User agrees to undertake its best efforts to verify information. EZ WorldShip makes no guarantees about the content of third-party statements. ezworldship.com may contain links to third-party websites or resources. User acknowledges and agrees that we are not responsible or liable for: (1) the availability or accuracy of such websites or resources; or (2) the content, products or services on or available from such websites or resources. EZ WorldShip does not endorse any third-party website listed. User acknowledges all risks and responsibilities for use of any third-party website. Any undertaking with a third party is solely between the user and the third party. EZ WorldShip will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such undertaking. In addition, EZ WorldShip does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services of any seller or service professional. Nothing on ezworldship.com constitutes an advertisement for credit as defined by Paragraph226.24 of Regulation Z of the federal Truth in Lending Act.

You agree that this Agreement and all agreements and information incorporated herein may be automatically assigned by EZ WorldShip, in its sole discretion, to a third party. You may not assign your obligations to another entity.
This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship. Our failure to act in a particular circumstance does not waive our right to act with respect to that or other circumstances.
EZ WorldShip shall not be liable to any party for any delay or failure due to: acts of God, war, transportation difficulties, labor strikes, natural disasters, riots, telecommunications or information services infrastructure, hacking, spam, any failure of a computer, server, or software, or acts or omissions of vendors or suppliers beyond the control of EZ WorldShip.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect, and the provision affected will be construed so as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permissible by law.
Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by EZ WorldShip.
